NOTE :

1. Fee once deposited will not be refundable or adjustable in any circumstance.

2. Security deposit refundable only at the end of the course subject to the student completing the programme successfully and having cleared all dues of Landmark Foundation.
   
   Claims for Refund not made within twelve months of completion of the course will lapse and the amount will be transferred to the student welfare fund.

3. In case of disputes, they are subject to the jurisdiction of Dehradun courts.
